We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant/Customer Service Representative. You will be responsible for providing administrative support, customer service, assist with AP and AR processing, and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
```Duties```
- Perform general office duties, such as answering phone calls and resolving customer issues/requests
- Greet visitors and provide them with information or direct them to the appropriate person
- Handle account reconciliation and payment processing
- Reporting
- New Owner entry and processing
- Communications with customer
- Send Collection and Violation Letters and oversee process
- Implementing Rental tracking campaign and Communications program
- Data capture and retention
- Process information requests and Payoff requests
- Support President/CEO
- Utilize computer skills to create documents, spreadsheets
```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
- Previous experience in an office setting required
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Commitment to process improvement and dedication to improve the products and service to our customers is critical.
- Bookkeeping/Accounting experience is preferred. Willingness to learn is required.
- SEO or Website development is a plus but not required
The learning curve for this position is estimated at 6-9 months. This is not a temporary position. We are looking for a long term team member.
