Responsibilities:
- Master the details of our clients’ products to provide accurate and informative responses, helping consumers make the best choices for their needs
- Record customer interactions, processed orders, and service schedules to maintain accurate documentation
- Approach challenges with a proactive mindset, remaining calm and solution-focused under pressure
- Exhibit a positive, professional attitude and model hospitality toward customers and team members
- Oversee a team of Junior Customer Service Representatives, ensuring quality service and team performance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or restaurant settings
- Strong ability to understand and explain product/service information
- A commitment to continuous learning and refining your hospitality skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping others
- Enthusiasm for developing in-person hospitality skills to build relationships
