Essential Responsibilities:
- Track, organize, and document interactions with existing customers and new leads, ensuring alignment across departments
- Maintain regular contact with customers and leads to meet the firm’s membership goals
- Research and resolve client issues by collaborating with other successful Customer Success Representatives
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and seminars to refine skills and increase success
- Build valuable, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our brand
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1-3 years of customer service experience may be considered in place of a degree
