Responsibilities:
- Present to potential customers, explaining the benefits of our clients' products, services, and promotions in an engaging, professional manner
- Enhance customer satisfaction and retention by actively listening to customer needs and providing a personalized purchasing experience
- Identify customer needs, troubleshoot and resolve their concerns, and tailor product recommendations to suit them best
- Apply product knowledge, competitive insights, and market data to upsell client products and drive revenue growth
- Accurately record customer information, installation dates, and sales details
- Collaborate with fellow Sales Associates and Customer Service Representatives to share effective sales techniques that boost customer engagement
- Stay updated on our clients' offerings, sales goals, and campaign targets through training sessions and virtual meetings
- Work closely with Sales Executives and senior Customer Service team members to meet and exceed all sales goals
