Responsibilities:

• Present to potential customers, explaining the benefits of our clients' products, services, and promotions in an engaging, professional manner
• Enhance customer satisfaction and retention by actively listening to customer needs and providing a personalized purchasing experience
• Identify customer needs, troubleshoot and resolve their concerns, and tailor product recommendations to suit them best
• Apply product knowledge, competitive insights, and market data to upsell client products and drive revenue growth
• Accurately record customer information, installation dates, and sales details
• Collaborate with fellow Sales Associates and Customer Service Representatives to share effective sales techniques that boost customer engagement
• Stay updated on our clients' offerings, sales goals, and campaign targets through training sessions and virtual meetings
• Work closely with Sales Executives and senior Customer Service team members to meet and exceed all sales goals

Basic Qualifications:
