Project Coordinator
Job Description:
**You must be able to pass a drug test and have a clear background report. NO exceptions.**
This position will be responsible for reporting to and assisting project managers with all administrative duties relating to the project(s).
Duties:
· Manage the flow of paperwork for assigned projects.
· Create and track subcontractor agreements.
· Collecting, recording, and maintaining Subcontractor / Vendor submittals for approval, including return of same to Supplier following review as appropriate.
· Identifying PO's/Change Orders on projects and verifying for accuracy.
· Keep accurate records and documentation throughout the project.
· Assist with job start-up tasks.
· Preparing and filing permit applications.
· Reviewing subcontractor billings and coding all invoices
· Prepare necessary project close-outs at the end of projects.
· Provide office assistance and support, as needed.
· Deals with confidential and proprietary information on a regular basis and must be able to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications Required:
· MUST HAVE Procore Experience!
· Quickbooks Experience
· Familiarity of the construction management process.
· Proven experience in proactively working on multiple projects at once.
· Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
· Ability to analyze and problem solve.
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· This is a Monday-Friday in-office position. This is NOT a remote position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
