Evolution maintains assembly and inventory in California, Texas and Florida allowing for expedited order fulfillment and delivery to all our custom.
- Responsible for updating daily received data, assembly data, and shipping data in Fishbowl in a timely manner, and checking inventory data with finance at any time
- Conduct daily inventory report updates and monthly inventory check
- Generate a daily “Assembly by Day" list and update the assembled carts inventory
- Create and distribute MCOS (Manufacturing Change Orders) to drivers or via mail
- Submit weekly cart purchase orders to the factory.
- Collaborate with inspectors to ensure timely repair and shipment of returned carts
- Support administrative duties as needed
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with office operations and customer service principles
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers
- Knowledge of basic clerical procedures and office management systems
- Experience in event planning or coordination is a plus
- Proficient in Google Suite applications like Gmail, Docs, and Sheets
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to adapt to different tasks and work well within a team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
