Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer service to join our team. As an Customer Service, plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships between a company and its customers.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries, requests and complaints via various channels (phone, email, chat, or in-person) in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the company’s products or services to provide accurate information and assist customers effectively.
- Identify and resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible. Escalate complex issues to higher levels of support when necessary.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless customer service operations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using customer relationship management software or other relevant tools.
- Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services to customers when appropriate.
- Gather and document customer feedback and suggestions to improve products, services, or processes.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and empathetically, aiming to turn negative experiences into positive ones.
- Other related work assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:
- Abilty to work morning shift (6 AM-3PM)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to empathize, actively listen, and effectively address customer needs.
- Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to resolve customer issues.
- Proficiency in using computer system and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to remain patient and composed when dealing with challenging situations or customers.
- Ability to learn mechanical and electrical information.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
