Evolution Fitness and Personal Training is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Fitness Cycle Instructor to lead high-energy indoor cycling classes. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead structured and energetic cycling classes that incorporate endurance, strength, and interval training.
* Develop and deliver engaging class formats with dynamic music playlists to enhance the workout experience.
* Adjust class intensity and provide modifications to accommodate participants of all fitness levels.
* Educate members on proper cycling form, bike setup, and injury prevention.
* Motivate and inspire participants to push their limits while maintaining a fun and inclusive atmosphere.
* Ensure the studio and equipment are clean, safe, and properly maintained before and after classes.
* Stay informed on fitness trends, cycling techniques, and industry best practices.
* Promote cycling classes and encourage member participation to build class attendance.
* Foster a strong sense of community and connection with gym members.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Certified Indoor Cycling Instructor (e.g., Schwinn, Spinning®, Stages, Keiser, or equivalent) * required.
* Group Fitness Certification (ACE, AFAA, NASM, or equivalent) preferred.
*CPR/AED Certification *required.
* Previous experience teaching indoor cycling or group fitness classes *preferred.
* Strong understanding of exercise physiology, cycling mechanics, and proper form.
* Excellent communication and motivational skills.
* Ability to create engaging and energizing playlists suited for various class intensities.
* Dependability and ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
