Personal Training Gym and Fitness Center Front Desk Agent

The Front Desk Staff Member assists in running all front desk operations, with a strong focus on premium customer service. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills and basic sales experience. They are responsible for greeting all members and clients as they enter the facility, giving prospective members a tour of the facility, selling memberships and Personal Training sessions, and retail and supplement sales,

Front Desk Staff Member JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

· Data entry and set up of memberships and personal training sessions

· Conducting telephone inquiries/follow up calls/client care calls

· Greeting members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive atmosphere

· Maintaining an organized and clean lobby/front desk area

· Responsible for processing accurate cash and credit card transactions

· Responding immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns

· Work closely with the Evolution Team to ensure that processes are fulfilled

· Willing to help in other departments as needed

Front Desk Staff Member JOB QUALIFICATIONS: -

· Excellent customer service skills

· Previous sales experience

· Solid verbal and written communication skills required

· Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment.

· Functional computer skills required. MS Office basic programs (word, excel), Internet, Basic computer program software use

· Has a personal interest in Health & Fitness

· High school diploma required

· Ability to work and function as a team

· Morning and Saturday hours needed, but flexible to work day or evening hours as needed would be a bonus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
