Evolution Academy Training : Start with us, and you'll undergo two weeks of thorough training at our Evolution Academy. Learn the ropes of our core casino games and hone your on-camera presentation skills.
Work Schedule : Our studio operates 24 / 7, so preparedness for evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts is essential.
Who We're Looking For :
Individuals who are professional, mature, and understand the importance of workplace guidelines.
Those with a strong service mindset and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibility and dedication not just to the role but to team collaboration.
The ability to engage and offer a memorable experience for our live players.
Quick learners who adapt seamlessly to new concepts.
To apply you need to be :
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be able to obtain a NJ Gaming License.
Required to successfully complete a pre-employment background check.
Must wear assigned uniforms and maintain professional appearance standards.
At least one year of experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
Responsible, dedicated, and dependable.
Essential Game Presenter and Game Show Host Physical Functions :
Prolonged sitting at counter height (36”) chairs and tables.
Repeated use of both hands and arms.
Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities.
Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4 feet away.
Ability to communicate one way verbally to players.
Ability to lift up to 10lbs. (for the shoe).
Ability to present on camera continuously in front of 30W High Beam Bi-Color LED Soft Lights without protective eyewear.
Ability to work a full-time schedule.
Game Show Hosts : the ability to wear 2” heels while standing for 1.5 hours at a time.
