Position Overview: As the Marketing Coordinator at Evolution Group, you will play a key role in driving the success of our marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. In this role, your expertise will include SEO, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads, where you'll help optimize campaigns, track performance, and enhance our digital presence. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a strong passion for marketing, with a proven ability to leverage data and digital tools to drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, email campaigns, and social media content.
- Manage and update marketing calendars to ensure deadlines are met for content and campaign launches.
- Conduct market research to gather insights into customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Help track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email performance reports.
- Assist in managing and optimizing social media accounts and content.
- Coordinate event logistics and marketing activities for trade shows, webinars, and other promotional events.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, content, etc.) to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
- Support content creation for blogs, newsletters, and website updates.
- Assist in the development and execution of public relations and outreach initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tactics (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to handle deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Ads, Canva).
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML.
- Experience in event planning and coordination.
- Knowledge of basic graphic design principles or experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Interest in learning and staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.

Pay: $20.64 - $21.85 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
