We are looking for an experienced STNA to join our patient care team and provide home health services to patients in their primary residence. The right candidate is a patient, compassionate professional who encourages and inspires their patients to work toward greater independence and recovery.
Qualifications
Responsibilities for STNA
- Provide health care services in patient’s residence.
- Perform domestic and household tasks.
- Transport and accompany patients to doctors office or to hospital.
- Assist with patient’s personal care activities.
- Monitor patient’s vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc. and report on their condition.
Qualifications for STNA
- Proven experience as an STNA.
- Ability to monitor vital signs and to collect specimens.
- Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards.
- Nursing and health care administration skills.
- Caring and compassionate personality.
Experience and Education for STNA
- Experience in providing home health services to patients in a residential setting or similar environment.
- Current STNA license for the state of operation.
