Production Operators

EvolutionHR is seeking candidates with manufacturing experience to be hired as Production Operators for work in Salem, Virginia.
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday, 2nd Shift Schedule, limited spots open for 3rd Shift (overnight).

Responsibilities for Production Operator
Must have prior experience in a manufacturing production environment.

• Supporting Machine Operators and Supervisors in a fast pace manufacturing environment
• Identify defects and problems resulting from the production process
• Assist with the loading/unloading of materials and finished products off machine line.

Required Skills & Experience of the Production Operators

• High school degree or GED is REQUIRED.
• 1 years of experience in Manufacturing/Production line assembly role.
• Ability to work in a fast pace light industrial/manufacturing environment
• Selected candidate must complete pre-employment drug screen and background requirements prior to starting this position*

Pay and Schedule for Production Operator:

• Hourly pay rate: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour based on position and experience!
• Monday through Friday (NIGHT Shift)
• Medical and dental benefits offered while on contract
• Eligible for Permanent Hire after probationary period!
