Role Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Principal Consultant to help build our permanent recruitment division in the US. This is a key strategic hire for an entrepreneurial recruiter with a strong track record in developing and scaling a permanent recruitment desk, outstanding business development skills, and deep market knowledge in the US tech sector. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our strategy, driving new business, and enhancing our presence in the tech recruitment landscape. As part of our team, you’ll also leverage our content-led approach, using podcasts, roundtables, and other channels to build meaningful connections within the tech community.
Key Responsibilities :
- Division Development : Build and scale a permanent recruitment desk focused on the tech industry in the US. Refine strategies, and establish processes to ensure sustainable growth.
- Business Development & Client Acquisition : Lead efforts to secure new client relationships, leveraging your network and market insights. Own and execute a business development strategy to drive client acquisition and position us as a top provider of tech recruitment services.
- Community Engagement & Content Strategy : Utilize our content-led approach by engaging with the tech community through podcasts, roundtable discussions, and other channels. Build our brand presence, foster strong industry connections, and position our firm as a thought leader.
- Market Insights & Strategy : Conduct research and analyze market trends to stay ahead of industry demands. Leverage insights to adapt and enhance our recruitment strategies, delivering high-impact solutions for our clients.
- Client and Candidate Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring exceptional experience and fostering repeat business.
- Innovative Solutions : Develop and implement innovative recruitment solutions that cater to client needs, further differentiating our firm in the market.
