1 years of general office or accounting experience Experience doing computer work and using Microsoft Office Skills : Good communication skills Good computer skills The Office Assistant will be required to answer phones and follow through with calls in a pleasant, professional manner; assist with office duties as required including incoming / outgoing mail, filing, and generating invoices, and other duties assigned by the Office Manager
Responsibilities
This is a behind-the-scenes role that plays a vital part in ensuring smooth office operations, particularly in managing patient records and supporting the front desk Organize, pull, and file patient charts promptly and accurately Assist in maintaining up-to-date and accurate patient records Ensure proper handling of confidential information in compliance with office policies and regulations Provide support to the front desk team with miscellaneous clerical tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and organizing paperwork Manage the inventory of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment as needed Perform other flexible tasks to streamline daily office operations, such as preparing materials for meetings or assisting with scheduling as directed Support staff with special projects and provide backup assistance during peak times or staff absences
