Blue Mountain Loans. Our amazing team is looking for an incredibly friendly Remote Front Desk Customer Service Representative who has a passion for helping people! Positive attitude is a must! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service through phone, email, and chat. Your responsibilities will include answering inquiries, resolving issues, managing appointment scheduling, and maintaining accurate records.
What you'll do :
Maintain front desk schedule.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with relevant departments.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
Qualifications :
A friendly and professional demeanor.
Great "can do" attitude.
Reliable and strong work ethic
Available some day's from 9 - 4 and a few Saturday's
Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
