Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Worker to join our team as a Remote Social Worker. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients to provide them with the necessary support and resources to help them navigate the challenges of their professional careers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients
- Provide counseling and support services to clients and their families
- Collaborate with other members of the Evolution Sports Group team to develop comprehensive care plans for clients
- Monitor and track client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Connect clients with community resources and services as needed
- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in times of need
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on client care and treatment plans
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social work and mental health
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with clients
Qualifications :
This is a remote position, but candidates must be located in the United State. This is a full-time, paid apprenticeship with the potential for a permanent position. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
