Marketing Coordinator
Salary: $55,000-$78,500 (Dependent on Skill Set & Experience)
Job Summary:
The marketing coordinator is responsible for developing and maintaining the digital and print marketing, social media presence, and public and professional relations activities, and recruiting marketing for Evolution Veterinary Specialists. An ideal candidate is creative, self-guided, and has fantastic communication and interpersonal skills. An outgoing personality, top-notch people and communication skills, an eye for detail, and impeccable organizational skills are required to help make this position and the hospital a success.

Education & Experience:
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Required: 2 years of Marketing experience.
Veterinary experience preferred.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop campaigns and media marketing strategies that promotes Evolution Veterinary Specialists and builds rapport with primary care veterinarians and the community
Create partnerships with businesses that are like minded enhancing our reach within the community to grow our marketing footprint.
Create, execute, and deploy marketing campaigns such as print, radio, broadcast, digital ads and building signage.
Constant awareness of local veterinary market, veterinary hospitals, market potentials, and keeping current on changes that are taking place in these markets
Actively track and implement goal oriented, market-specific plans, measure the success of goals through measurable KPIs and metrics. Present monthly reports to CEO on KPIs for all marketing campaigns.
Support the development of and maintain relationships for primary care veterinarians through occasional on-site visits, email and social media campaigns
Research, planning and organization of community outreach through local events (attendance may be required)
Research, planning, and organization of veterinary conferences (attendance may be required)
Research, planning, and organization of Continuing Educations events with rDVMs to promote referrals and educational growth between hospitals (attendance may be required)
Research and design monthly newsletters to go out to the general public to gain awareness of the hospital
Create and update marketing and educational materials
Regular posting and management of all appropriate social media platforms and client communications on those platforms including taking photos of patients, creating video content of the hospital and promoting each of our departments
Develop social media growth plan
Support and develop Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database
Track and record marketing KPI’s
Occasionally write, collaborate and publish monthly blog posts
Manage, maintain, and update the website – skills in using WordPress or similar content management systems
Create, maintain, and update Google Ads
Support the tracking and ordering of promotional items for the marketing department and general hospital needs.
Supporting HR
Manage all job listings on really, Facebook, EVS website, & other assigned veterinary employment boards.
Update regularly.
Attend appropriate in/out of state conferences and conventions with the EVS marketing team to maximize recruiting efforts (as needed).
