What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conducting intake assessments, crafting personalized treatment plans, and completing biopsychosocial evaluations.
- Using evidence-based approaches to support clients in reaching their goals.
- Keeping up with documentation (we aim for stress-free, 24-hour progress notes!).
- Attending team meetings and case consultations.
- Representing Evolution Wellness with professionalism in all interactions, including social media.
Your Ideal Schedule:
- Full-time clinicians maintain a balanced caseload of 25 clients per week for an engaging yet sustainable workload.
What You Bring to the Table:
✔ Master’s Degree in Social Work
✔ North Carolina LCSWA License
✔ At least one year of postgraduate experience
✔ A commitment to growth, collaboration, and providing top-notch care
