Position Overview
As a Retail Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and a positive team culture. You will be responsible for staff management, sales performance, inventory control, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
? Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing sales team.
Manage employee schedules to optimize coverage and productivity.
Provide ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and professional development.
Address disciplinary issues in line with company policies.
? Sales & Customer Experience
Drive sales performance through strategic leadership and motivation.
Implement and oversee sales incentive programs to boost engagement.
Ensure an exceptional customer experience that builds loyalty and retention.
? Operations & Financial Management
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Monitor financial reports, cash handling, and timely bank deposits.
Maintain accurate inventory levels and minimize shrinkage.
Keep the store organized, clean, and visually appealing.
? Strategic Growth & Merchandising
Collaborate with regional management to execute sales and marketing strategies.
Analyze sales trends and make data-driven decisions to enhance performance.
Optimize product placement and merchandising for maximum impact.
