Job Description

We are now looking for a new addition to our international HR team to be based in our New Jersey studio. The successful candidate will play a key role in our evolving gaming studio by working with local operational leadership to find the best candidates to join our rapidly growing team and help solidify Evolution New Jersey as the best possible place to work!

Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing studio with the basic responsibilities and expectations as follows: 

Job Description

• Work with local operations management to develop proactive recruitment strategy including job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development on both digital and non-digital platforms
• Lead, develop and grow a strong team of Talent Acquisition Specialist, providing the development, monitoring and analysis of individual KPIs, development plans and overall work quality.
• Develop continuous improvements to internal HR processes as well as recruitment efforts focusing on finding and retaining great talent
• Analyze and evaluate various communications activities to assure continuous development of efforts.
• Build strong relationships with internal operational stakeholders to identify needs for process improvements, employee performance drivers, and employee engagement efforts
• Create and hold internal trainings relating primarily to operational improvements, corporate values and communications skills for Evolution employees.
• Develop and manage HR related improvement projects related to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and performance improvements in a fast-paced Studio environment
• The role will require travel (COVID-19 permitting).

Qualifications

• Higher education (Bachelor’s Degree or higher)
• Minimum of 5 years experience in HR and/or Talent Acquisition leadership, preferably in the hospitality and gaming industries
• Expertise in US labor market, recruitment channels and recruitment tools
• Mass recruitment experience is a plus
• Fluent English language skills (verbal and written) – additional languages are an advantage
• Proven analytical and multi-tasking skills
• A good team player with strong stakeholder skills and the confidence and ability to work independently whenever needed
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing work environment
