Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary JD Edwards v. 8.12 support resource, handling issue resolution, system enhancements, and user training.
- Support Order Entry, Fulfillment, Finance, and EDI processes within JDE.
- Troubleshoot and debug JDE applications, including CNC, UBE, and EDI configurations.
- Manage customer additions/removals via EDI and ensure data integrity.
- Tracking requests, system performance, and incident management.
- Develop queries, reports, and customizations to improve system efficiency.
- Support third-party integrations.
- Assist in security and user role management within JDE.
- 5 years of experience working with JD Edwards, preferably 8.12.
- Experience with troubleshooting, configuration, and support.
- Experience with Order Entry, Fulfillment, Finance, and EDI within JDE.
- SQL knowledge and ability to write queries for data analysis.
- Familiarity with email-based support workflows.
- Ability to work independently in a small team.
- Excellent communication skills.
