Assists in preparing technical design sClientifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents. Reviews functional requirements, analysis and design documents and provides feedback. Collaborates with other development staff to achieve quality and consistency. Participates in architecture, design and code reviews. Develops and maintains operational and system level documentation.

Knowledge of ITIL Processes
Experience in web based environments using SaaS
Experience working with nuances of cloud and on prem systems
Experience with Cloud provisioning in ServiceNow
Experience with Discovery (and Service Discovery) in ServiceNow
Experience with log analysis and event systems (IE Splunk etc)
Experience with Cloud systems, sClientifically Azure
Understanding of CMDB concepts and methodologies and setup and build
CMDB in ServiceNow
2 years Experience in scripting solutions in (Java, etc)
Preferred:
ITIL Certifications
