Desired Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of NCR Aloha systems is required.
- Strong desire to learn and adapt to the role.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting Aloha software in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
- Extensive experience troubleshooting NCR/Panasonic hardware, including Aloha POS systems, iOCD, Delphi OCD, kiosks, receipt printers, cash drawers, kitchen terminals, and digital menu boards (DMBs).
- Familiarity with eCommerce applications and architecture for effective troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows 7 and 10 operating systems.
- Proficiency in imaging and hardening systems based on security protocols.
- Knowledge of NCR Connected Payments is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with Acrelec DMB Builder is a strong plus.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support for International Labs, resolving hardware and software issues, testing new configurations, and maintaining lab stability.
- Act as Tier 1-3 support for all issues within the International Labs.
- Monitor and maintain the health of International Lab devices daily, addressing potential issues proactively.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors, engineering, menu teams, and network teams to troubleshoot and resolve International Lab issues.
