What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to drive profitable growth
- Maintain accounting policies and internal controls
- Manage cash flow, margins, and operational expenses
- Track MSP-specific revenue (MRR, project work, hardware/software sales)
- Deliver accurate reports and financial KPIs
- Manage the accounting team for accuracy and timeliness
- Provide insights and strategic recommendations to leadership
- Oversee vendor contracts and cost control
- Ensure tax and regulatory compliance
What We Expect from You:
- 5 years in a Controller/Finance Director role (MSP/IT experience preferred)
- Deep knowledge of MSP financial models (MRR, CoGS, etc.)
- Strong GAAP/accrual accounting skills
- Experience with QuickBooks, AutoTask, Power BI
- Ownership mindset—accuracy is your responsibility
- High-speed execution without sacrificing precision
- Business acumen—you influence strategy, not just report it
