In that mission, Evolv is seeking a full time Associate General Counsel (AGC), Corporate, Securities, and M&A to join our legal team, reporting to the General Counsel.   In this critical role, you'll be the point person for the Company's securities compliance and corporate governance matters, while leveraging your M&A expertise to support strategic initiatives. alary range?The base salary range for this full-time position is $210,000 - $258,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
