The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a motivated and creative Branding and Website Supervisor to lead the development and management of EVOLV’s branding and digital presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong passion for design, branding, and website management. Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain EVOLV’s brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and excellence in visual and written communications.
- Oversee the design, content, and functionality of the company website, ensuring it aligns with brand standards and supports business goals. This includes the need for someone with e-commerce knowledge and experience to manage online store functionality, product updates, and user experience optimization.
- Work closely with internal teams to plan and execute website updates, including product launches, promotional campaigns, and new content.
- Monitor website performance and implement strategies to enhance user experience (UX), search engine optimization (SEO), and e-commerce functionality.
- Create and execute a branding strategy that resonates with target audiences across multiple markets (U.S., Canada, South America, Europe).
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in EVOLV’s branding efforts.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in web development and design.
What We’re Looking For:
- A branding enthusiast with a strong portfolio showcasing experience in website management, e-commerce, and brand development.
- Proven experience in website design and management software. We use Odoo.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
- Skills in graphic design and photo editing (a plus).
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and website analytics tools (required).
Qualifications:
- Language: English (required); Spanish or Italian (a plus).
- Work Location: On-site in Fort Lauderdale.
