The Opportunity : We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Media and Partnerships Supervisor to take the lead in planning, producing, and executing tasks across social media, web, and partnership channels. This role requires a sharp, critical thinker with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while swiftly adapting to changing priorities.
Your Key Responsibilities : Build and maintain strong partnerships with brands and influencers.Organize sponsorships and collaborations within budget and aligned with company goals.Grow and engage social audiences across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).Contribute to the development of internal marketing and sales strategies.Write and update blog content via WordPress and post regularly.Plan and execute a monthly content calendar, including copywriting and asset curation.Create and manage email marketing campaigns from concept to reporting.
What We’re Looking For : A marketing strategist passionate about digital engagement and branding.Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.Excellent organizational skills with a strong eye for detail.Ability to multitask and quickly learn new tools and techniques.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Eagerness to grow and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Skills in photo editing and graphic design (a plus).Video editing experience (a plus).
Qualifications : Language : English (required); Spanish or Italian (a plus).Work Location : On-site in Fort Lauderdale.
