We are currently seeking highly motivated Inside Sales Representatives for East Coast and Canada territories who are eager to learn, actively close sales, and provide exceptional product knowledge to prospective clients. Your Focus Will Be:
- Engaging customers from our existing database.
- Conducting and closing sales via phone and email.
- Developing and building relationships with new clients.
- Providing excellent customer service to existing accounts.
- Consistently communicating and following up with clients.
- Overcoming objections of prospective customers.
- Offering and selling products tailored to clients' needs.
- Generating and developing new accounts to increase revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve or exceed sales goals.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
- Exhibit excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage high-pressure situations.
- Spend the majority of the workday making sales.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records and complete required reports in a timely manner.
- Constant analyzing or territory opportunities
Experience & Requirements:
- Professional and upbeat phone presence.
- Energetic sales closer with superb communication skills.
- Closing Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
- Following Up by Phone and Email: 3 years (Preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
Language Skills:
- English: Required
- Spanish: Plus
