This position encompasses the following responsibilities:
a) The SA position is part-time working up to 35 hours per week determined by “AAM.” If said employee works north of 30 they will qualify for full time.
b) SA are expected to be on the phone 80-95% of their workday
c) SA are expected to place 200-250 calls daily to potential merchants of company
d) SA will report all Appointments set to AAM/Sales Admin daily
e) SA will communicate directly with any and all AE, RA, and ISR that he/she is assigned to set appointments on the behalf of.
f) Signed Accounts are merchants who have had an SA set an appointment on their behalf and the merchant has contracted with Evolv to become a merchant.
g) Signed Product Approvals are merchants who have had an SA set an appointment on their behalf and the merchant has contracted with Evolv/VIV on a product with monthly hosting associated.
h) The SA will be required to set 3-4 Qualified Appointments for AE/RA/ISR per day.
i) The SA will be required to reach a minimum of 8 Approvals per month to meet quota.
j) The SA is responsible for determining the merchant’s proximity to the next appointment. It is the company’s goal to keep this distance as short as possible.
k) The SA’s closing percentage on their appointments needs to be a minimum of 20% to maintain employment.
