Evolve Treatment Centers is looking for a Primary Therapist to join our team at our PHP / IOP facility in San Jose, CA!

A considerable amount of training will be provided, and you will have the support of your team-members. This position is challenging yet rewarding as our staff have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of teens and their families.
Schedule : We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the work and are willing to work with your schedule! Full-time candidates have the option of working hybrid (2 days from home 3 days in office), flexible hours, and potentially a 4 day work week. Part-time candidates must commit to a minimum of 10 session hours per week (groups included).
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Maintain a reasonable caseload (including individual and family sessions)
- Complete all necessary documentation on time in EMR
- Facilitate weekly therapy groups, including DBT Groups
- Attend weekly Treatment Team meetings and present cases to clinical team
- Complete Biopsychosocial Assessments upon admission
- Coordinate after-care with parents and Discharge Coordinator

l-time $85,000 - $105,000 DOE. Part-time $45-$55 / hr DOE.
