What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chiropractic Technician - Barrington, IL position at Evolve Chiropractic?
Please note that this position is not seasonal, and we are seeking full-time, year-round employees.
We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly and passionate candidates for our Schaumburg clinic! Ideal candidates will have prior Chiropractic Tech knowledge, but it is not required. You must be service-oriented and have a passion for health and wellness.
Pay is based on skills and experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide guidance, direction and assistance to patients during their therapies.
- Conduct new patient exams and re-exams according to Evolve standards.
- Ensure smooth office operations to optimize workflow.
- Execute assigned tasks as directed by the lead doctor.
- Adhere to all Evolve Chiropractic policies and protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness in both front desk and common areas of the office.
- Present a professional appearance at all times.
- Aid in promoting the health and wellness benefits to patients.
- Effectively communicate the advantages of chiropractic care.
- Foster an excellent patient experience through a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Accurately complete chart documentation as required by the lead doctor.
Education, Skills, and Training:
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of chiropractic procedures and terminology is desirable.
