Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Computer Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of computer hardware and software issues for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on laptops and desktops.
- Perform routine maintenance and system updates.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate technical information clearly.
- Document repair processes and maintain accurate records.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues (if applicable).
- Provide technical support for business clients, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Preferred Qualifications (These are desirable but not always mandatory):
- Proven experience in computer repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of hardware and software components.
- Experience with phone and tablet repair.
- Experience with Apple computers and iOS devices.
- CompTIA A or other relevant certifications.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
