Job Summary
We are seeking a Warehouse & Facility Maintenance worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts, and other material handling equipment. Ordering stock materials for the warehouse and keeping inventory. Summer duties include weekly grass cutting to maintain the site. A strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety protocols is essential for this role.

Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- track inventory levels and assist with ordering and procurement
- Stocking of work trucks, and equipment.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Follow OSHA guidelines and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the warehouse layout for optimal workflow.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist in managing stock levels using a
- Prepare products for shipment, ensuring proper stacking techniques are used.
- Weekly Site mowing of grass and weed eating, during summer months
Qualifications
- Proven Operator or in a similar role within a warehouse setting.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues is a plus.
- Ability to operate various types of forklifts, including order pickers and pallet jacks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and supervisors
- Z mower operation knowledge
- Use of CRM systems for ordering materials and basic computer knowledge .
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to material handling and forklift operation.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
