What are the responsibilities and job description for the Claims Management Specialist position at Evolve Health?
ABOUT US- Evolve Health is mental health clinic specializing intranasal Spravato and IV ketamine infusions for treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, and PTSD. We focus on wellness, lifestyle medicine, and addressing the whole person to improve patient outcomes.
We are looking to add an in-person Medical Billing Specialist with well-rounded medical billing experience in some of the following areas:
- Addressing denied claims.
- Monitoring insurance company policy updates.
- Posting payments.
- Using portals.
- Benefits and Eligibility verification.
- Prior Authorizations.
- Reviewing patient accounts for accuracy and completeness.
- Answering patient and insurance telephone inquiries.
- In addition to these general duties, we may request that you perform other duties that fit with your training and background experience or provide further training for new duties.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE
- $24 to $29 per hour, DOE. Must be full time to receive benefits.
