Clinical Dietitian

Evolve Healthcare is hiring for a Clinical Dietitian in our Lynwood, CA location.

• 384 beds, census is usually 220-250
• Units covering: NICU and Med Surg Adults
• MUST HAVE NICU EXPERIENCE!

Summary
As a Clinical Dietitian, you will utilize your core skills in health coaching, physiology knowledge, nutrition, and dietetics to provide expert dietary guidance to patients. Your premium skills in supervising, patient assessment, tube feeding, care plans, and diagnostic evaluation will enable you to create specialized nutrition plans tailored to individual needs. With relevant skills in long term care, dietary department experience, EMR systems, and hospital experience, you will excel in managing weight loss, acute care, and geriatric nutrition. Your experience in creating care plans and NICU settings will be invaluable in delivering comprehensive nutritional support to patients.

Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or related field
- Registered Dietitian (RD) certification required
- Experience in developing and implementing care plans
- Proficiency in conducting patient assessments, including NICU experience
- Strong understanding of nutrition, physiology, and health coaching
- Previous experience in a clinical setting, preferably in acute care or long-term care
- Familiarity with EMR systems and ability to utilize them effectively
