Location: Garrison, ND – Where small-town charm meets big-hearted care!
Start Date: ASAP – The residents are ready for their next favorite nurse!
Hours: 36 hours per week – 3 12-hour shifts (7-7)
Positions Available: Day & Night Shifts – Pick your preference!
First to Float – But no floating required!

WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY (AKA: YOUR GOLDEN TICKET)
✔ Registered Nurse (RN) License – Active & in good standing.
✔ BLS (AHA Required) – Because safety first!
✔ 2 Years of LTC/SNF Experience – We need pros who know their way around long-term care.
✔ A Heart for Geriatric Patients – Kindness, patience, and a little humor go a long way!
THE FINER DETAILS
EMR: Matrix – If you’ve used it before, great! If not, we’ll show you the ropes.
Physician Availability After Hours: On-call, by phone.
Support Staff: Social worker designee, PT as needed.
Oxygen Therapy: Concentrators & portable concentrators available.
Pharmacy On-Site? Nope – But meds are dispensed through an off-site pharmacy.
Orientation: 2-3 shifts to get you up to speed.
Radius Rule: Candidates must live 50 miles away and cannot be employed (FT, PT, PRN) with any CommonSpirit (CHI/Dignity) facility.
Limited RTO (7 or fewer days per 13-week contract).
