As an Interim Manager for the Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum (LDRP) and Family Birth Center (FBC), you'll oversee daily operations, ensure adherence to best practices, and lead a dedicated team to provide exceptional care to mothers and newborns. Whether it's implementing quality improvement initiatives, mentoring staff, or collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, your leadership will be pivotal in enhancing patient outcomes.

What We're Looking For:
- Active RN License (CA or Compact State)
- BLS & ACLS Certification (because lifesaving is important)
- Minimum 3 years of LDRP/FBC management experience
- A positive attitude and a sense of humor (because sometimes, laughter really is the best medicine)
