Job Description:

Calling all rhythm readers and telemetry techs who can spot a PVC in their sleep! We’re looking for a Monitor Tech - Telemetry who’s quick on the beat and calm under pressure. If you know your way around a telemetry monitor like a maestro with a baton and can work alongside nurses to keep hearts (and charts) in perfect order — we want you on our team.

In this role, you’ll:

• Monitor and recognize cardiac rhythm changes and report them promptly to the RN
• Maintain accurate charts, rhythm strips, and telemetry logs
• Support the unit as a Unit Secretary during PM shifts
• Occasionally float to serve as a sitter or patient safety advocate (PSA) when needed
• Work with Cerner, Phillips, and Teletracking systems
• Be the reliable, focused, tech-savvy teammate everyone counts on

Requirements:

• BLS Certification
• Minimum 2 year of telemetry monitor tech experience
• Cerner experience required
• Must be comfortable floating between units (ICU/Neuro, 4W, 4E, 5W, 5E)
• No first-time travelers (we love newbies, but this role needs steady, seasoned hands)
