Our inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department settings need a skilled, compassionate, and efficient Phlebotomist who’s ready to tackle everything from routine blood draws to heel sticks on newborns (aww).
Must have WA State Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist (MA-P) license at the time of submission and experience with Epic/Beaker—because handwritten lab orders are so 1999.

Job Details
- Job Type: Contract
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: ASAP
- Shifts: Primary Shift: 1 PM – 9:30 PM
- Possible Night Coverage: 10:30 PM – 7 AM (after 5/8)
- Weekend Rotation & Holiday Coverage as Needed
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drawing blood from adults, children, and newborns – Because everyone’s got veins (some are just harder to find).
- Working in inpatient, outpatient, and ED settings – No two days are the same!
- Using Epic & Beaker for documentation – If you love a good charting system, you’re in luck.
- Handling various lab samples – Hematology, Chemistry, Coag, Micro, and Blood Bank.
- Rotating weekends & holiday coverage – Sharing the love (and the lab work).
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2 years of phlebotomy experience, including hospital draws.
- License: WA State MA-P License (Required at Submission).
- Certifications: BLS (AHA).
- Skills: Comfortable working with all age groups (Adults, Children, & Newborns).
- Experience with Epic/Beaker.
- Ability to stay cool under pressure (especially when a patient says, "You’re taking how many tubes?!").
