The Role (A.K.A. Making Wounds Disappear Like a Medical Magician
Are you the kind of nurse who takes one look at a wound and immediately knows the perfect dressing, treatment plan, and how to make the patient feel like they’re in good hands? Do you secretly geek out over pressure ulcer prevention strategies? If so, we want YOU as our next Wound Care RN!
As the resident wound guru, you'll:
✔Assess, treat, and manage wounds like the pro you are
✔Educate staff and patients on proper wound care (because knowledge is power)
✔Keep meticulous documentation—because if it’s not charted, did it even happen?
✔Work closely with a fantastic team that appreciates your expertise (and maybe your sense of humor)
Must-Haves (Because We Need the Best of the Best):
– no amateurs, please!
SNF wound care experience – because the setting makes a difference
Current CA RN license – gotta be official!
BLS certification – because saving lives is still part of the job
