Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide leadership within the team by mentoring junior staff and sharing best practices in account management.
- Give clear answers to clients on any coverage
- Update policy changes on customer accounts
- Gather all documentation needed for reporting a claim
Insurance Account Manager qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree required
- Active insurance license in your state or willing to get licensed in 30 days of hire.
- Insurance experience as an insurance agent or other position is preferred but we will provide training as needed for the right fit and skillset
- Must have very strong follow up, written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving skills
- Candidates should have basic computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel PowerPoint, etc.)
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, technical sales, or business development.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and collaboration within the organization.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools is preferred.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
