Summary of Primary Duties:
Reporting to Director of ERES Operations, this position is responsible for balancing the day to day tasks
and responsibilities of a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) while also providing management support
to the Director of ERES Operations by serving as a liaison for communication, identifying key
operations issues, assisting in training staff, maintaining program standards, and implementing process
and policy changes as needed.

- The BHT Supervisor will create the weekly schedule for all Behavioral Health Technicians at

the Behavioral Health Technicians appropriately.
- The BHT Supervisor is responsible for assisting with interviewing and hiring new Behavioral
