Are you a dynamic Recruiter with Human Resources experience looking for an exciting opportunity? Our large psychiatry practice, with 80 employees across five locations, is seeking a motivated professional to lead recruitment efforts and support HR functions.
About the Role
This position is ideal for a highly organized and proactive individual who can identify top talent, manage hiring processes, and contribute to HR operations. Responsibilities may overlap with other management functions, offering an opportunity for career growth and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and hiring.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop staffing strategies for our growing practice.
- Manage onboarding and retention initiatives to enhance employee experience.
- Oversee HR-related functions, including compliance, benefits coordination, and employee relations.
- Work alongside management to support practice operations and HR policies.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in recruitment and/or HR (healthcare experience preferred but not required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a leadership team.
- A keen eye for talent and the ability to streamline hiring processes.
