Responsibilities
- Implement and manage sales and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesloft, OutFlow, or similar).
- Develop and execute automation strategies to enhance lead generation, prospect engagement, email marketing campaigns, and sales pipeline management.
- Manage a database of 40,000 prospects and develop email nurturing campaigns based on sectors, stages, and other identifiers.
- Streamline workflows to improve both efficiency and the overall effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate across the firm to understand and achieve business development and marketing goals, and serve as firm’s go-to resource for best practices.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize automation tools’ performance (e.g. open and click-through rates, A|B testing, ROI analysis of campaigns, sequence performance data, etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- 3 years of experience in sales automation
- Extensive experience managing large-scale projects utilizing sales & marketing engagement/automation platforms such as Salesloft, OutFlow, or similar as well as Salesforce CRM is a must
- Demonstrated knowledge of sales and marketing processes and benchmarking
- KPIsMust be self-motivated, analytical, adept at problem-solving, and have excellent communication skills
- Able to excel in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
