Hiring firm is an investment manager with families of funds focused on primary commitments to venture funds, LP and direct secondaries, co-investments and direct investments.
The Company is seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources & Operations Associate. The Human Resources & Payroll Associate will report to the Vice President, Human Resources.
Essential Responsibilities :
Human Resources :
- Lead the onboarding process for all new hires : coordinating all orientations, HR, payroll, and IT set-up liaising with other departments as needed, and ensuring new employees have a positive experience.
- Coordinate the off-boarding process for departing employees, including participating in exit interviews along with the VP, HR.
- Process semi-monthly US payrolls and monthly UK payrolls, ensuring accuracy in hours, salaries, bonuses, deductions, and other payroll elements.
- Work with the VP, HR in maintaining the Companys employee compensation and new hire budget, creating reports as requested from the finance team and senior management.
- Maintain accurate and up to date employee records in the Companys HRIS and performance systems, employee personnel files, and company org. charts; ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Work with the VP, HR to run the companys annual benefits evaluation and open enrollment process.
- Work with the VP, HR in executing the companys annual goal setting and 360 performance management process.
- Work with the VP, HR in developing and executing the companys annual training program.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on the Companys recruitment process and guidelines.
- Work with the VP, HR in maintaining and developing Company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with employees and provide top-notch service in handling HR-related questions and matters.
- Participate in creating HR goals, strategies, and initiatives.
