Position Overview :
Our Analysts work closely with senior bankers in all aspects of a transaction from origination to closing. Our Analysts have the opportunity to harness their potential by being part of a culture of collaboration and accountability that offers compelling work and immediate direct client exposure.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Work on client engagements related to M&A advisory services, capital formation, and other strategic advisory work
- Support the development of qualitative and quantitative analyses and presentation materials
- Construct and maintain financial models for M&A and financing scenarios
- Develop client presentations and transaction-related documents
- Research and assimilate market data related to public and private companies
