Job Position : Director of Rehabilitation (PT, PTA, SLP, OT, or COTA) for an In-house Skilled Nursing Facility
Job Summary : Is responsible for all aspects of therapy operations at the facility in accordance with established policies, procedures, and practices of the company under the direction of the Regional Director of Operations
Responsibilities of the Director of Rehabilitation :
- You will help provide the best possible therapy services to patients consistent with established standards of practice and company and department procedures, including :
- Responsible for oversight and management of all aspects of the therapy program in assigned facility / facilities.
Responsible for knowledge of, and adherence to all regulatory requirements, company policies, procedures, processes and guidelines, job description, certification requirements, HIPAA, confidentiality standards and resident rights.
Education & Requirements
Must have active (PT, PTA, OT, OTA, or SLP) in state(s) of practice
Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain current licensure and certification
Experience with PDPM and MDS management preferred
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal leadership and communication skills
