We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our growing company. This is a technical role requiring detail-oriented abilities.

Requirements
A degree in Computer Science, and / or minimum of at least two-three years’ relevant experience as a Salesforce Developer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Custom application development:

Design and develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components to address unique business needs. 

• CRM customization:

Tailor Salesforce functionalities by creating custom objects, fields, and automation rules to streamline processes. 

• Workflow design:

Build complex workflows and triggers to automate tasks and data management within Salesforce. 

• Integration development:

Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs (REST, SOAP) to facilitate data exchange. 

• Code review and testing:

Write clean, efficient code and conduct thorough testing to ensure application quality and stability. 

• Technical documentation:

Maintain detailed documentation for developed solutions, including design specifications and implementation details. 

• Collaboration with stakeholders:

Work closely with sales, marketing, and other business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 

Required skills:

• Programming languages: Proficient in Apex, knowledge of Visualforce and Lightning Web Components 
• Salesforce platform knowledge: Deep understanding of Salesforce features, objects, and functionalities 
• Data manipulation: Expertise in data manipulation techniques to manage Salesforce data effectively 
• Analytical skills: Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions 
• Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical challenges 
• Communication skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders 

Payrate: $105,000 - $115,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

This is a remote position, but candidates must be located in California.
