As an Appointment Scheduler, you will be the driving force behind our sales pipeline, ensuring our Sales Reps stay fully booked with qualified prospects. You’ll engage with inbound leads, follow up relentlessly, and even cold-call when necessary to secure appointments. If you have the resilience to keep pushing forward despite objections and the ability to build rapport with all personality types, this is the role for you.
- Call and follow up with inbound leads to schedule sales appointments
- Cold-call prospect lists to generate additional appointments when needed
- Overcome objections and handle rejection without losing momentum
- Maintain organized records of calls, follow-ups, and scheduled meetings
- Work closely with the Sales Rep to ensure their calendar stays full
- Adapt and refine your approach to maximize appointment success rates
- Persistent & Tenacious – You don’t back down easily, and you keep pushing to book that appointment
- Excellent Communicator – Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer Service Savvy – Ability to engage and build rapport quickly
- Organized & Detail-Oriented – Keeps track of leads, schedules, and follow-ups
- Resilient & Fearless – Doesn’t get discouraged by rejection; thrives in a challenge
- Sales Skills (a plus) – Experience in sales or appointment setting is beneficial
